Shipping and Delivery

1. Which delivery company do you use?

For international shipments, we primarily use DHL international service for all worldwide destinations.

Depending on the country, the transit time is between 3-8 working days.

We use EMS service for China (Mainland) shipments.

2. What is your delivery time?

If the item is in stock, the delivery time will normally take one to two days.

3. At what temperature do you ship my goods?

For all products, we ship at room temperature. Once you have received the product, please follow the storage instructions on the product datasheet.

4. How much is shipping charges?

Shipping charges is USD 60.00 or EUR 45.00 per packing to any other nation in the world.

5. Do you have any distribution abroad?

We have no agents now and ship to any country in the world using DHL international service directly.

Holiday Notice of Spring Festival

Dear All,

We have 13 days off for our traditional Chinese Spring Festival from Feb. 13th to Feb. 25th, 2015. We will respond your inquiries during holiday, but the shipment will be put off till we come back to office on Feb. 26th, 2015.
